RhB Sb-v 7723

In 1999 and 2002, the RhB commissioned four-axle bogie container wagons Sbk-v 7701-7715 (26 t payload) and Sb-v 7716-7730 (reinforced, with 30 t payload). Due to the low-floor area, only one container can be transported, but also on the restricted clearance profile of the Bernina line. Thanks to the design with bogies, the top speed of the two-axle Lb-v could now be increased from 80 km / h to 100 km / h. In addition to being on freight trains, they can therefore also be set at the end of express trains - e.g. on the Albula line.
